There's no definite reason as it depends on what you value. Gmail is proprietary software from Google and it's a really great email service. But we can't tell what Google is doing with all our email data. Open source means that the software source code is publicily available and anyone can inspect the code and determine what is being done when the software is running. This allows for greater security and privacy.

Both Ayam Secure Cloud and Concierge Cloud are built with the same security and redunancy architecture. It's just that on Ayam Secure Cloud, you are sharing the resources with other customers and Ayam Secure is 100% responsible for providing and managing the software services. With Concierge Cloud, you own the server and its DNS configuration after we set it up for you and then under your watch, we provide on-going maintenance and upgrades. Concierge Cloud is for the user who is very concerned about their data privacy and wants to have maximum control.

That's a good question. In an ideal scenario, you wouldn't have to trust anyone with your data but then you would have to be disconnected from the Internet. So to use services on the Internet, you have to trust the service providers. We are competent software technical profressionals providing services to customers since 2019. Yes we do. The price depends on the complexity of the data migration. If you're just migration password data from one service provider to another, it shouldn't be too challenging. But if you're looking to move all your photos of Apple Photos or Google Photos over to Ayam Secure Box, that's going to be a pretty big migration exercise depending on the amount of data you're looking to migrate.
