How is Ayam Secure Email different from Gmail, Outlook, etc.?
Firstly, we take data privacy very seriously. Where possible, your data is encrypted-at-rest and encrypted-in-transit. Your email data is never used for any kind of targeted marketing, selling to data brokers, or othering profiling activities, which routinely happen at the other big tech email service providers.

How can you offer unlimited email accounts in the Team plans?
To be honest, the major cost to us is data storage so that’s why the 2 plans we have for Teams are based on the total storage of your team’s accounts. Adding 1 or 1,000 extra users hardly makes a difference on our severs. Adding a million email accounts might need us to scale out our infrastructure but we’re not there yet.

Can I use my own domain?
Yes! We’ll provide the DNS records to connect any domain you own. We can also buy and manage the domain for you. Most .com domains are around $10/year in registration fees.
